Best and worst neighborhoods in Keene

Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Keene sits at 182.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this?

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The public transit is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
