Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Keene sits at 182.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this?

Random thought, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $232,500 on average. It's a a small town city with about 22,923 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
