What I wish I knew before living in Keene

Random thought, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $232,500 on average. It's a a small town city with about 22,923 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Mexican places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
