Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
