Is public transit usable in Kent?
Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and With a population of 135K, Kent is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $537,500 on average. Household incomes average around $90,416 in Kent. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
