Best kept secrets of Key Biscayne, FL

So, Homes are going for about $1,238,700 on average. Median household income is $172,604, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Key Biscayne sits at 37.7 per 100K. With a population of 14,560, Key Biscayne is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Miami it's challenging.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I've lived in Springfield for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The community vibe scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'm a real estate agent and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The cost of living scene is solid

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
