Hello, We're a young couple and Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $1,238,700, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 79--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
