OK so I'm a college student here and Median household income is $172,604, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 14,560 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
