Random thought, I work in education and The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
