Couple moving to Kihei from out of state

Hi all, I work in healthcare and Rent is about $2,021/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
