Kimberly in the winter -how bad?

Hello, Homes are going for about $196,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $68,295, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $68,295 in Kimberly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Came here for weather and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The pet-friendliness is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
