Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Boston about 10 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Affordable housing options
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are competitive, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from San Francisco about 1 years ago. The main reasons were family and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Active local events and festivals
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are pricey, gas is solid.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Good luck with whatever you decide..
