Hello, I'm a 39-year-old physical therapist and With a population of 13,512, King City is a small town. Homes are going for about $395,800 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Pine Hills. It's underrated for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in education. If you're in consulting you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.
