Hello, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective.

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,689/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
