Is it worth buying in Kinnelon?

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $2,307 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Is Kinnelon a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $682,600 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
