Is Knik-Fairview good for remote workers?

Hey folks, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $95,000 in Knik-Fairview. Crime rate is something to consider -Knik-Fairview sits at 579.1 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Cedar Grove area are improving. Kids love it here.
