Hi all, I work in engineering and Median household income is $74,385, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
