Is Ladera Heights good for remote workers?

Random thought, I'm a college student here and With a population of 7,249, Ladera Heights is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Ladera Heights sits at 427.2 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Ladera Heights?

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The pet-friendliness is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The weather is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
