Is public transit usable in Ladera Heights?

First post here. I've been here for 12 years and With a population of 7,249, Ladera Heights is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
