Random thought, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 5,402, Lake Holiday is a small town. Household incomes average around $112,250 in Lake Holiday. You can expect to pay around $1,859 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
