Is Lake Hopatcong still affordable?

Longtime lurker here, The median home value here is around $388,300, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I work in construction here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is excellent. Good luck with whatever you decide..
