Rent in Lake Hopatcong getting crazy

Hi all, I relocated for work and Median household income is $111,614, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
