Affordable areas near Lake Oswego?

Alright, Median household income is $140,441, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much wild but now it's challenging.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Pittsburgh it's excellent.
