What I wish I knew before living in Lake Oswego

Homes are going for about $894,000 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Italian places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Moved here from Phoenix about 10 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to healthcare but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
