The good and bad of living in Lake Summerset

OK so With a population of 2,240, Lake Summerset is a small town. Household incomes average around $105,588 in Lake Summerset. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Old Town. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in finance. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Indian.
