Moving to Lake Wynonah -what should I know?

Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 3,180 people. Homes are going for about $232,100 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to....
