Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 3,180 people. Homes are going for about $232,100 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.
