Co-working spaces in Lancaster?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 24.2%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $824/month for a decent place. Median household income is $43,234, which feels on the lower side for the area. The median home value here is around $226,300, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Lancaster? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The safety is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
