Working remotely from Lancaster

Alright, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $226,300 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots?

Quick question about Lancaster

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $226,300 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Is it worth buying in Lancaster?

Alright, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $824 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
