Alright, I'm originally from Nashville and The median home value here is around $101,500, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The walkability scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Property taxes are high
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
