How are the schools in Latimer?

Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $178,500, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Old Town area are improving. Kids love it here.
