Moving from New York to Latimer next month

The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $178,500, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
