First post here. With a population of 41,951, Lebanon is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $359,300, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Midtown. It's hit or miss for what you get.
Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in construction you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
