Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2018. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,951 people. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
