So, I'm a 29-year-old sales rep and Rent is about $843/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
