Cheapest neighborhoods in Lincroft?

OK so We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Lincroft is underrated, change my mind

So, I'm retired and Median household income is $168,945, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. TIA!
