Hey, I'm a 41-year-old pharmacist and Homes are going for about $335,600 on average. It's a a small town city with about 5,791 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
