Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in tech and Median household income is $87,606, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Lochmoor Waterway Estates sits at 1,103.0 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
