Logansport housing prices -when will it stop?

Hello, I work in consulting and Crime rate is something to consider -Logansport sits at 89.0 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is solid in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 2 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
