Best and worst neighborhoods in Loveland

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? TIA!

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
