Hey everyone, Rent is about $1,683/month for a decent place. Median household income is $82,592, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $453,100 on average. The median home value here is around $453,100, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
