I'm a 28-year-old accountant and Household incomes average around $82,592 in Loveland. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.
I've been here 11 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is excellent.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2015 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
