Best neighborhoods in Loveland

Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 16 months ago and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $453,100, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 77,350 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The food scene is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
