Moving to Loveland -what should I know?
OK so I'm originally from Atlanta and The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a data analyst who relocated here from San Diego about 4 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and quality of life.
Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- Active local events and festivals
Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are established, gas is solid.
Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. No regrets on my end..
