So, I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 58,335 people. You can expect to pay around $1,375 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
