Is Magnolia worth moving to in 2026?

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $521 for rent here. The median home value here is around $76,900, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 25.2%, which is higher than I expected. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
