We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,230/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $223,300 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
