Should I move to Mango or stay in Miami?

Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $44,675, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Mango sits at 315.8 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
