Thinking about relocating to Mango from St. Louis

OK so We're a young couple and Median household income is $44,675, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Mango sits at 315.8 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Good luck with whatever you decide..
