Hey folks, I'm single, late 40s, and Poverty rate is 16.8%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $830 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
